At Zueck, we ensure every piece of jewellery is carefully crafted, checked, and securely packed before it reaches you.
Returns -
- We do not accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds / Replacements -
You will be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- The product is received damaged, and you provide a complete unboxing video.
- You receive the wrong product, with a complete unboxing video as proof.
- Your order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability.
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be processed.
How to Claim -
- Raise your claim within 24 hours of delivery.

- Once verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or a replacement will be shipped.
Non-Refundable Situations -
- No unboxing video provided.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in polish/finish due to the nature of silver.
- Courier delays beyond our control.
